General purpose client retrieving raw json metadata form the RT-HERMES API.

Client for the HERMES API to browse Project and ForecastSeries metadata as raw JSON data.

`HermesClient.list_projects`	List all projects.
`HermesClient.get_project`	Get a project by its oid.
`HermesClient.get_project_by_name`	Get a project by its name.
`HermesClient.list_forecastseries`	List all ForecastSeries of a project.
`HermesClient.get_forecastseries`	Get a ForecastSeries by oid.
`HermesClient.get_forecastseries_by_name`	Get a ForecastSeries by name.
